Making a classic drink like a vodka tonic requires very little effort or ingredients. Which is kind of an ideal beverage in my book. Perfect for a late luncheon or a casual dinner, crisp and refreshing while still tasty.
To make the perfect vodka tonic, pour 1.5 ounces vodka over ice. Add 1 ounce fresh lime juice. Top with 4 ounces fresh tonic water. Garnish with another lime slice.
*note: I only used these paper straws because they make the drink look pretty. In the five minutes it took me to shoot the above photo, the straw was already getting yucky. what is with all the paper straws anyway? I don't get how they are useful.
